Fabricator / Polisher

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fabricator / Polisher to join our team. This position plays an important role in the production process by helping move material through the shop, assisting with fabrication and polishing, and ensuring finished products meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Help with the loading and unloading of material onto machines.
• Move material from one machine or area to the next throughout the production line.
• Hand polish or fabricate materials when needed.
• Must be able to fabricate mitered edges and will be tested on this skill.
• Inspect finished products for defects or damage.
• Communicate issues quickly with the Shop Lead and/or Supervisor.
• Stage installs and deliveries for pick-up.
• Maintain cleanliness of shop areas.
• Follow all company processes and protocols.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous countertop fabrication and/or polishing experience required.
• Possess basic mathematical and computer skills.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Highly motivated, hard-working, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Enjoy working in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Must have a valid Social Security number and photo ID.
