Front Office & Showroom Coordinator
The Front Office & Showroom Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for clients, builders, and guests while providing administrative, showroom, and program support. This role is essential in maintaining a professional, organized, and welcoming environment while supporting internal teams and customer experience.
Job Summary
This position is responsible for managing front desk operations, coordinating samples and builder programs, supporting Account Coordinators, and ensuring the showroom and office operate smoothly on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Customer Experience
- Answer incoming calls, route them appropriately, and take messages as needed.
- Greet guests, confirm appointments, and direct walk-in customers to the appropriate team member.
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and helpful presence at all times.
Sample & Builder Program Management
- Coordinate and ship sample orders to builders.
- Track, replenish, and manage sample inventory.
- Manage builder programs, including creating and maintaining PowerPoint presentations.
Administrative & Account Coordinator Support
- Handle selection meetings for Account Coordinators when needed or during staff absences.
- Maintain a working knowledge of SPS to look up scheduling dates.
- Assist with social media initiatives and company-sponsored events.
Office & Showroom Operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable showroom and kitchen area.
- Organize and coordinate company lunches.
- Place weekly Instacart orders and put away deliveries.
- Order office supplies and restock upon delivery.
- Ensure restrooms are stocked with necessary supplies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and strong follow-through.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills, including PowerPoint and scheduling systems (SPS experience preferred).
Work Environment
